Spring is finally here, which means warmer weather and longer hours of sunshine! Just like the transition of seasons, it's always nice to transition your choice of cocktails with fresh seasonal ingredients that are perfect for the spring time weather. To ramp up any spring soiree, Sauza Tequila and Pinnacle Vodka have crafted a few delicious cocktails that compliment the warmer weather and are perfect for everyday entertaining and as you know, most cocktails are best enjoyed outdoors!
Sauza Cucumber Chili Margarita (serves 8)
- 2 cups Sauza Cucumber Chili
- 1 cup DeKuyper Triple Sec Liqueur
- 2 cups Lemon Sour Mix or 2 cups lemon juice and 1 cup simple syrup
- Juice of eight limes
Preparation: Add ingredients to a pitcher and stir. Pour over ice in chili salt-rimmed cocktail or margarita glasses. Garnish each with lime on the rim and float a thin slice of cucumber.
Pinnacle Vodka Peachy Keen
- 1 part Pinnacle Peach Vodka
- 2 parts Lemon Lime Soda
- Peach Slices
Preparation: Mix all ingredients together and serve over ice. Garnish with peach slices.
Sauza Cilantro Jalapeno Margarita (serves 8)
- 1 1/2 cups Sauza Signature Blue Silver Tequila
- 1 1/2 cups DeKuyper Triple Sec
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 24 sprigs of cilantro
- 8 slices of jalapeno
Preparation: Combine Sauza Signature Blue Silver, simple syrup, fresh lime juice, and jalapeno slices in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over ice into a chili salt-rimmed glass. Garnish with fresh cilantro and a lime wheel.
Jalisco Rose (serves 8)
- 2 cups Sauza Signature Blue Silver Tequila
- 16 strawberries, halved
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 cup agave syrup
- 1 cup lime juice
- Basil leaf
Preparation: Add ingredients to a pitcher and stir. Pour over ice into margarita glasses. Garnish each with a basil leaf.
