• 1.5 oz Bols Aged Genever
  • .5 oz Luxardo
  • .5 oz Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Tart Cherry Juice
  • .5 oz Green Tea and Cherry Blossom Syrup
  • 1 Egg White


  1. Combine all Ingredients in a shaker tin and dry shake for 20 to 30 seconds
  2. Add Ice and wet shake for another 30-40 seconds
  3. Double strain into a coupe and garnish with cherry blossom
  4. Garnish with Dried Cherry Blossom petal
