Apple - 1/2, grated

White Rum - 50 ml

Apple Juice - 50 ml

Sparkling Water to top up

Mint Leaves - handful,

Ice cubes - crushed


1. In a mixing glass crush the mint leaves with grated apple.

2. Gently pour the rum and apple juice.

3. Mix well and pour into a chilled highball glass quarter-filled with crushed ice.

4. Top up with sparkling water.

5. Stir and serve at once.
