One of my favorite sours. Use whatever red wine you like. Pictured is Merlot. It's great with a lighter red.

Ingredients:
  • Bourbon or Whiskey
  • Lemon Juice (fresh)
  • Simple Syrup
  • Red Wine (whatever you like)
  • Egg Whites Optional
Preparation:

Shake the sour, strain over rocks and float with Red Wine.
