Get into the Halloween spirit this year by serving Blavod martinis. This vodka tastes no different than regular vodka and it’s perfect for festive cocktails served on October 31st. The black hue works best with a classic vodka martini recipe though you’ll also utilize the unusual color if you mix it with a dark soda like Coke or Dr. Pepper.
For the rim I used decorative and flavorless cake flakes from a cooking store that don’t interfere with the taste of your cocktail. If you want to use sugar on the rim, try using Blavod to make a Gimlet, Lemon Drop, or Key Lime martini.
3 ounces Blavod Vodka
1/8 teaspoon Martini & Rossi Dry Vermouth
Olives for Garnish
