This cocktail was created by Jeff Bell at PDT for Cognac Classics Week, presented by Liquor.com and Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège cognac
- 1/2 oz Blandy's Sercial Madeira
- 1/2 oz Lemon juice
- 1/4 oz Rare Tea Cellar Champagne Peach Shrubbery
- 1/4 oz Simple syrup
- 1 oz G.H. Mumm Champagne brut
- Garnish: Mint sprig
Steps

Add all of the ingredients except the Champagne to a shaker, and fill with ice.

Shake and strain into a chilled coupe.

Top with the Champagne, and garnish with a mint sprig.
