I can’t get enough of the World Cup! I like watching soccer but it is really the themed cocktails I get to explore that really has me excited.  Today I am sharing a caipirinha fizz which is a twist on Brazil’s National cocktail the classic caipirinha.  The only difference in these two cocktails is the addition of an egg white and bitters plus the drink is shaken instead of muddled.  This seems like a dressed up version of the classic maybe a more formal version.  I really like the flavor that the bitters give this drink they add another dimension to this drink.  I also like the lime zest because it kicks the citrus flavor up a notch.  If you are feeling fancy this Friday you should make this caipirinha fizz and celebrate the World Cup!  It will be a score for you!
