Inspired by sorrel punch, this cocktail is bright and refreshing while having a warm heart from the sweet s.
Carol of the Bells:
- 1 oz Barenjager Honey Liqueur
- 0.75 oz Gosling's Rum
- 0.5 oz Thomas Tew Rum
- 0.5 oz ginger liqueur
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 1 oz Hibiscus Tea
- Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over fresh ice into a snifter rimmed with gold, red and white sugar.
