George Clooney and Rande Gerber’s ultra-premium Casamigos is the perfect accessory to bring to your New Year’s Eve party. Whether it’s the Blanco, Reposado, Añejo or Mezcal, Casamigos is always a good choice. If you’re hosting try these easy to make cocktails to elevate the celebration.
- 1 oz. Casamigos Mezcal
- .75 oz. Casamigos Blanco
- .75 oz. Green Chartreuse
- .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 oz. Rosemary Syrup
Method: Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker and add ice. Shake vigorously then strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a Rosemary sprig soaked in a high proof spirit then dip the rosemary tip in edible gold dust. Light the middle of the rosemary sprig and lay flamed across the cocktail.

Once cool, transfer into a glass vessel with a lid and refrigerate. The syrup is good for 3-4 weeks.
