The Riviera


  • 1oz Guillotine Originale Ultra-Premium Vodka
  • .5oz St. Germain (Elderflower liqueur)
  • .5oz Simple Syrup
  • .5oz Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed – shake
  • 3oz. Champagne, added after shake

Process: Double strain and pour into flute glass then garnish with flower petals cascading on the outside of the glass.

Coco de Coconut


  • 2oz Guillotine Originale Ultra-Premium Vodka
  • 1oz Pineapple Juice, freshly squeezed
  • .25oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • .5oz Coconut Cream
  • .25oz Creme de Cassis
  • .75oz Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed

Process: Medium shake, roll and pour over crushed ice in Collins glass. Garnish with pineapple frond and a skewered Marasca cherry.
