Not sure what Negroni Week is all about? It’s a celebration of one of the world’s great cocktails and an effort to raise money for charities around the world with over 10,000 venues participating.
This take on an Old Pal, a classic cocktail akin to a Negroni, is perfect for whiskey-lovers. The “Old Pal from Tennessee” uses Amaro Meletti, a Tuscan Amaro, in place of Campari, Uncle Nearest 1856 Premium Aged Whiskey from Tennessee in place of rye whiskey, and adds aromatics with a thyme-infused extra dry vermouth.
