2 oz (60 ml) Michter’s US 1 Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey

1 oz (30 ml) Regans’ Orange Bitters No. 6 (yes, a full bloody ounce)

1 oz (30 ml) Don Zoilo 12 Year-Old Pedro Ximénez Sherry

Stir over ice, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
