Cocktails by Jordan Catapano and dresses by Kirstie Kelly, Couture Designer

One of the hottest trends on the bridal market is to color coordinate your wedding. Pick a color and coordinate every element from the dress, to decor, to the drinks. Our second hot color of the season is orchid. We imagine a formal wedding in a grand space full of fresh orchids and sophisticated gin cocktails. Your guests will be so impressed with your attention to detail they may steal the idea for their next soiree.

St. George’s gin will look good with any outfit, but if you add a few other special ingredients like RothmanWinter crème de violette and cranberry juice, your drink may even match the color theme of your wedding party. In this case, it’s a rich orchid hue, a color that remains fashionable from season to season. For a lighter shade of cocktail, reduce the measurements of the violette liqueur and cranberry juice to half. Serve straight up or over ice.
