• 20ml Clairin Communal Rum
  • 20ml Compañero Ron Elixir Orange
  • 20ml Giffard Rhubarb Liqueur
  • 20ml Tropical Home Made Syrup
  • 5ml Blue Curacao
  • 120ml Pressed Pineapple Juice

Shake with plenty ice and free pour into a Sling Cocktail Glass or your favourite Highball. Garnish with fresh passion fruit and mint sprigs.

Clairin Communal @clairinthespiritofhaiti is the result of the blend of 4 Clairins: Sajous, Vaval, Casimir and Le Rochers. His sensual aroma wheel can adequately express the features of each of them. On the nose is complex, with sugarcane, heady flowers and pear notes. When you taste you’ll find an elegant presence of vanilla, fruits, flowers and spices. The aftertaste is long and downy with a hint of vegetal notes and dried flowers.

Compañero Ron Elixir Orange is an exquisite mix of classic Trinidad rooms and tropical aromas from mature oranges and fresh coconut. On the nose is rich coconut with a hint of orange notes. On the mouth Elixir, Orange is a soft and delicious room liqueur with a warm and long finish.

Giffard Rhubarb Liqueur @giffard_liqueurs_syrups is Liqueur made from the infusion of green and red rhubarb chunks. On the palate, a stewed note that prevails over the stringent characteristic of the fruit, making the liqueur both lively and sweet.
