Skip the canned cranberry sauce this year and instead opt for this cranberry orange martini during your Thanksgiving celebration. Made with London dry gin, Cointreau and cranberry juice it's easy to mix up while you're cooking the big meal. Plus, it might make spending time with the in-laws just a little bit easier. Cranberry Orange Martini

Serves 1


  • 1½ ounces London Dry Gin
  • ¾ ounce Cointreau
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • 1 barspoon of simple syrup, adjusted to taste
  • 2 to 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • Orange peel for garnish


  1. Combine all ingredients except garnish in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir to chill and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with an orange peel.
