Rum Raisin Cocktail
1.75 oz Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva Rum
1 Bar spoon Fig Preserves
.5 oz Agave Nectar
.5 oz Lemon Juice Fig Preserves
Garnish with raisins.
Add ingredients in a Boston glass. Add ice and shake
vigorously. Strain into rocks glass.

1.5 oz Hennessy V.S.
.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Heaping Tablespoon of Cranberry Sauce (the kind you would have with turkey)
1 dash fee brothers cranberry bitters (optional)
Garnish with an orange twist and a cinnamon-sugar rim
Glass: Coupe or martini
Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice, shake until well chilled. Take the coupe or martini glass and rub the rim with a fresh cut lemon, now dip the rim in a plate of cinnamon sugar (1 part cinnamon to 1 part white sugar). Strain the cocktail into the rimmed glass and garnish with an orange twist.

Cruzan Maple Leaf
2 parts Cruzan® Estate Diamond® Dark Rum
1/2 part Maple Syrup (4 parts dark syrup; 1 part water)
4 dashes Angostura® Bitters
2 dashes Apple Bitters
Stir ingredients over ice and pour in an old fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Scrape fresh cinnamon on top as garnish.
The Maple Man
1.5 Hennessy V.S
.5 oz Oloroso Sherry
½ a lime
1 whole mandarin without the skin
.25 oz maple syrup
4 dashes of angostura bitters
Garnish with an orange twist
Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice, shake until well chilled. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with an orange twist.
