Get dad off his feet and into the sunny weather with a Sunny Weather in hand. With a few simple ingredients, you can impress your father or husband with the Sunny Weather cocktail and he’ll be blown away with your mixology skills. Top mixologist, Troy Sidle of the award winning Pouring Ribbons cocktail bar, knows how to please anyone’s palate and recommends his signature, easy-to-make Sunny Weathe r for Father’s Day.

Sunny Weather
1.5 oz Ruffino Prosecco
¼ oz Campari
½ oz St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
1.5 oz grapefruit juice
Glass: Collins
Ice: Full Glass
Garnish: Grapefruit Twist
Pour a small amount of Ruffino Prosecco over ice in a Collins glass. Add remaining ingredients. Top off with more Ruffino Prosecco as needed.
Troy recommends using the Ruffino because the light and slightly sweet Italian sparkling wine perfectly balances the tanginess of the grapefruit and bitterness of the Campari to liven the senses.

Let dad sip the perfect cocktail or spirit in his own living room poured over his own professionally made ice ball.
