2 parts G’Vine Nouaison
1 part Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 part Thyme Nutmeg Infused Fireweed Honey Syrup (6:4 Water to honey)
1/4 part Bittered Sling Crabapple Cardamom bitters
1 whole egg
Combine all ingredients except hefeweizen in shaker tin. Dry shake, and then hard shake with ice. Double strain into tall stemmed wine glass. Top with about 3 parts Hefeweizen. Garnish with edible flowers, if in season.
