I am currently obsessed with everything pineapple and coconut together. I love how pineapple brings sweetness and tang to a cocktail. I also love how fresh pineapple juice makes you feel like you are somewhere tropical even though you may be sitting in the rain.
I don’t really love sweet cocktails but today I have also added a spicy component to balance out the pineapple juice as well as coconut to balance the heat. Meet the frozen spicy pineapple and coconut daiquiri. I usually prefer daiquiris on the rocks but this one is so good frozen with chucks of pineapple and creaminess of the coconut present itself almost like a spiked smoothie. Are you looking for a fun and easy drink? Try this spicy pineapple and coconut daiquiri tonight!
