Neversink Spirits, the craft spirits producer based in Port Chester, New York has recently made a move to a 100% apple base for its flagship spirit, Neversink Gin. Plus they have announced a distribution partnership with Selection Massale, Chicago!

Neversink Spirits founders, Noah Braunstein, and Yoni Rabino combined their passion for America’s favorite fruit, the apple, with distilling know-how to create Neversink Gin. This month, they moved production from a 50% grain and 50% apple-based split to a 100% NY-state apple base spirit. Neversink Gin is available for $45.00 / 750 ml bottle. CLOVER CLUB

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz Neversink gin
  • 0.5 oz Dry vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz raspberry syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Raspberries to garnish

METHOD: Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into coupe glass. Garnish with a raspberry.

NEVERSINK MARTINI

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Neversink Gin
  • 1 oz Vermouth Blanc
  • Lemon twist to garnish

METHOD: Stir well, serve in a coupe with a twist of lemon.

NEVERSINK WORKER BEE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Neversink Gin
  • 0.5 oz Honey simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon
  • 3 oz ginger beer
  • Fresh apple slices to garnish

METHOD: Build in a highball over ice, top with 3 oz ginger beer, garnish with fresh apple slices.
