  • 1 1/2 oz Whitley Neill Dry Gin
  • 0.6 oz Sweet vermouth
  • 0.3 oz Dry vermouth
  • 1 Splash maraschino liqueur
  • 1 dash of bitters
  • Orange twist for garnish

Combine the liquid ingredients in a mixing glass or cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Stir vigorously for at least 15 seconds or so and strain into a chilled cocktail glass that is on the smaller side. Sip and note a certain intriguing freshness in the flavor.

Sicilian Sunset

  • 1 1/2 oz Whitley Neill Blood Orange Vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz fresh orange juice
  • 0.8 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.3 oz runny honey
  • 1 Slice of orange zest or dehydrated orange wheel

Combine the Whitley Neill Blood Orange Vodka, fresh orange juice, lime juice, and honey to a cocktail shaker. Shake hard and double strain the liquid. Pour into a martini or coupette glass. Garnish with orange zest or a dehydrated orange wheel.

Whitley Neill Espresso Martini

  • 2oz Whitley Neill Original Gin
  • 1/2oz Vanilla Syrup
  • 1/2oz Coffee & Dark Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1oz freshly brewed espresso
  • Garnish 3 coffee beans and mint sprig

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice until cold. Then double strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled glass and garnish.
