images There are now four different Perrier waters available for use in your bar.  Try these instead of the usual club soda the next time you make a Mojito or Tom Collins.

Perrier - Slightly dry, with tight bubbles. Medium minerality and no saltiness.  Good for adding plain carbonation to a tall drink.
GSN Rating: B+

Perrier Lime - This adds a shy lime nose and a subtle lime flavor.  Nothing overpowering, but you know it’s there.  Adding a hint of citrus, this is great for a Mojito.
GSN Rating: B+

Perrier Lemon - The nose is even more subtle than the lime, and the flavor is even more withdrawn.  Just the slightest whisper of lemon comes through, but interestingly, it leaves a bright lemony taste in your mouth that lasts a fairly long time. Try this in a Tom Collins for an added layer of lemon.
GSN Rating: A-

Perrier Pink Grapefruit - The nose is defined and strong with a lot of pink grapefruit character.  The flavor is less strong, and disappears almost instantly.  There is a slightly bitter quality which will cut back on some sweetness in a drink.  Try this in a tiki drink which calls for some sparkle.
GSN Rating: B
