Recipe:

Gin-(Hendricks)45ml

Cointreau-15ml

Cuts of fruits-apple, cucumber, orange

Angostura- 2dash

Lemon juice- 15ml

Fresh fruit infusion-120 ml

Ice-3 cubes

Tonic- splash

Glass- Tomcollin

Method- Stir method

Garnish - fresh mint sprig and star anise
