Bamboo Cocktail Recipe


  • 45mL Dry Sherry (e.g. Amontillado, Fino, Olorosso)
  • 22.5mL Dry Vermouth
  • 22.5mL Sweet Vermouth
  • Dash of Orange Bitters
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters


  1. Add all the ingredients to your mixing glass
  2. Stir for approx. 25 seconds (taste to check dilution)
  3. Strain into a chilled stemmed cocktail glass
  4. Garnish with a twist of orange
