In 2009, Maestro Tequilero Jesús Hernández teamed up with two of the world ́s most recognized bartenders, Henry Besant and Dre Masso to create Olmeca Altos tequila. Made at Jalisco’s Distillery, it features artisan methods for its elaboration, using hand-picked agave cooked in brick ovens, the 500-year-old Tahona Stone method for crushing and copper pot stills for distillation.
