Looking for a simple way to amp up the cocktails at your next fiesta? Just turn to your ice bucket! An easy way to add detail to cocktails is to freeze juice, champagne, fruit or edible florals in your ice cubes. Then just pop them in your drinks and watch as your guest “ooo” and “ahh” over your attention to detail. Freezing champagne or juice also keeps drinks from getting watered down as the ice melts.
