2 parts No.3 Gin
1 part fresh lemon juice
1 wedge Salt Cured Lime
1 part egg white
1 part half & half cream
1 bar spoon orange flower water
2 sugar cubes

Add cubes, flower water and lemon juice to shaker glass, remove cured lime flesh with a sharp knife and add to the glass. Stir to break down. Add gin, egg white and cream, dry shake. Add ice to tin and shake vigorously. Single fine strain into chilled glass, slowly add soda to top. Slice the lime rind and float on foam.

A savory and delicious minor variation on a classic.
