Mark of flame is a spicy julep cocktail. We prepared it in cold Russian winter for my guest-shift at the "Meduza" bar (Sochi).



Maker’s Mark bourbon 30ml

Sriracha hot sauce - 3 dash

Cinnamon syrup - 15ml

Fresh rosemary spring

-Put rosemary into a julep cup and muddle it gently, add hot sause, Maker's Mark bourbon and cinnamone syrup, then mix it with crashed ice.

Garnish with rosemary spring, charcole powder and matches (burn it before serve)
