For Negroni Week, Miami's hottest new restaurant KYU is serving their signature Mezcal Negroni in a gorgeous porthole infuser to benefit Trees for the Future. The cocktail is infused in the special device for 3 to 5 days and then strained over an ice cube for a gorgeous and tasty cocktail.

Ingredients:
1.0 oz. Creyente Mezcal
1.0 oz. Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
0.5 oz. Pimms #1
0.5 oz. Campari
0.5 oz. Blood Orange Juice
Wood Chips

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a porthole infuser (or a mason jar if you don't have). Strain over 1 large 2x2 inch ice cube in a double rocks glass. Garnish with blood orange rind and essence of rind.
