As we approach the holiday season it's only right we find a new drink. In my case a new Rum Drink. I was perusing the internets (Sorry my Fast 'N" Loud coming through) I found some yummy ones
Let me introduce you to:
This is NOT the namby-pamby kiddie drink you'd think it is. Simple to make, fun to drink.

1/2 Jigger Brandy
1/2 Jigger Rum (Choose your favorite. For extra flavor, try an aged Rum)
1 tsp Sugar
3 oz Whole Milk or Heavy Cream (Many mix 1/2 milk - 1/2 cream)
1 Whole Egg
Mix rum, brandy, sugar, egg, and milk in a mixing tin. Fill the tin with ice and shake like your life depends on it. Strain into a glass or goblet and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

Try this for something new, warm and VERY festive:
Hot Rum Cow
makes one drink
3-8 ounces milk (I used 8 ounces of 2 percent)
1.5 ounces dark rum (Dark is the key -- get your favorite)
1 drop Bitters
1 drop vanilla extract
Cane syrup, to taste (Plain brown sugar works well)
grated cinnamon and/or nutmeg for sprinkling

Heat the milk in a saucepan on low, taking care not to scorch it. Meanwhile combine bitters, vanilla, and rum in a mug (Pre-warm by filling it first with a bit of hot water, allow it to stand a minute, and then empty it before adding the ingredients). Top up with warm milk and stir in brown sugar to taste (A single teaspoon should do it). Sprinkle with cinnamon and/or nutmeg.
