We love this invigorating and exciting Mountain Punch cocktail we photographed for Sourland Mountain Spirits distillery in Hopewell, NJ which is New Jersey’s first farm distillery since prohibition.
This cocktail has a gorgeous ruby glow and is a punchy mix of vodka, cranberry and pineapple with a surprising jalapeño kick. The original recipe is below from Sourland Mountain Spirits. Let us know what you think!
Mountain Punch Cocktail
- 1.5 oz Sourland Mountain Spirits Vodka
- 4 oz Cranberry Juice
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- .5 oz Lime Juice
- 3 Jalapeño Slices
- 1 slice of lime for garnish
- In a shaker glass combine all ingredients, add ice and shake.
- Pour into a highball glass and garnish with a lime.
