Whether you’re winding down your summer days or soaking up a few more rays, these refreshing cocktails from Cape Mentelle, Glenfiddich, Terrazas De Los Andes and Smoke Tree will be sure to spice up any Labor Day soiree or backyard BBQ.

Cape-Rinha

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Cape Mentelle SBS
  • 1 teaspoon raw sugar
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 4 green grapes
  • 4 mint leaves

Method

  • Combine the ingredients in a stemless wine glass.
  • Muddle to extract juices and oils.
  • Fill the glass with ice, top up with Cape Mentelle SBS, stir, sip & savor!

The Earl’s Grey

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Glenfiddich 12-Year-Old
  • ¼ oz Earl Grey Syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Orange peel, to garnish

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except the orange peel in a mixing glass. Stir and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Express the orange peel over the cocktail and drop in.
  • *To make Earl Grey syrup: steep three tablespoons of Earl Grey tea in a pint of hot water for 10 minutes. Add 1.5 cups of sugar in the tea and stir until fully dissolved.

Chichibirra

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Terrazas de los Andes Reserva Torrontes
  • ¾ oz Limoncello
  • 2 oz ginger ale

Method

  • Combine Reserva Torrontes and Limoncello in a cocktail glass with ice
  • Stir to chill and combine ingredients
  • Top with ginger ale
  • Garnish & Enjoy!

Bushwick Punch

Ingredients

  • 4½ cups Smoke Tree Rosé
  • 2 cups unsweetened black tea
  • ¾ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup bourbon
  • ½ cup raw cane sugar syrup
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 lemon sliced

Method

  • Fill a punch bowl with ice
  • Top with Smoke Tree Rosé, unsweetened black tea, lemon juice, bourbon and raw cane sugar syrup.
  • Stir to chill and combine ingredients
  • Top with lemon slices and blueberries

Cape Spritz

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Cape Mentelle Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
  • .5 oz vermouth
  • .25 oz ginger syrup
  • 2 oz tonic water Ginger slice
  • Scooped melon balls

Method

  • Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Give it a strong shake & fine strain into a large white wine glass over ice.
  • Top up with tonic water, garnish & enjoy!

The Apples & Pears

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Glenfiddich 12-Year-Old
  • 1 oz club soda
  • 1 oz non-alcoholic apple cider
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ oz Drambuie
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Lemon peel, to garnish
  • Glass: flute

Method

  • Combine the Glenfiddich 12-Year-Old, lemon juice, Drambuie, and bitters.
  • Shake briefly and pour into a flute.
  • Add club soda and cider.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist.
