With the essence of 100% agave tequila, Tequila Corralejo exemplifies Central Mexico’s rich culture, heritage, and vibrant lifestyle. As one of the few tequilas produced in Guanajuato, Mexico, Corralejo’s deep roots and production methods are unique in the tequila industry. The distillation process is very unique and uses a mixture of column stills and Alambic copper pot stills imported from Tomelloso, Spain. Tequila Corralejo employs the 400-year-old Charentais method of distillation, which allows for exceptional retention of aroma and flavor.

Tanteo Tequila harvests fresh peppers and infuses them with their over-proof Blanco tequila to create something truly unique. Carefully blended by CEO and Master Blender Neil Grosscup, in partnership with the cooperative of agave farmers at Distiladora Juanacatlan, Tanteo’s production process honors every detail, crafting a stand-out tequila that goes beyond ordinary. Tanteo’s agave is grown and harvested in Mexico’s fertile La Cienega region, between the heavily farmed Altos (highlands) and Valles (lowlands) regions of tequila country. Picked at the peak of maturity, Tanteo’s agaves are cooked in brick ovens and distilled using traditional, small-batch methods.
