With fall season in full swing, mixologist Adam Kamin at Bottlefork Kitchen + Bar, in Chicago created what he calls the "Obligatory Seasonal Cocktail".

1.0 oz Rhinehall barrel aged cherry brandy
0.5 oz Saint George Spiced Pear Liqueur
0.5 oz amaretto
Garnish: melon balled apple on a stick
Topped with boiling fresh apple cider

Combine brandy, pear liqueur and amaretto. Pour apple cider to top off the cocktail and add the garnish.
