Old Fashion
The first time the mention of this cocktail appeared in 1881 - in one of the gentlemen's clubs called Pendennis, located in the US state of Kentucky. The bartender created this alcoholic composition specifically for a regular customer - a member of the club, Colonel James Pepper, the manufacturer of bourbon. The “old-fashioned” cocktail was also loved by the family of US President Harry Harman.

50 ml bourbon
1 ml of Angostura Bitter
Orange slice
5 g cane sugar cubes
120 g of ice cubes
Cocktail Red Cherry

Put a slice of orange and cherry in a glass. Add cube of cane sugar, soaked in bitter, and ice. Pour the bourbon and gently mix the contents of the glass.
