We are excited to announce the grand opening of The Still located in The Mirage Hotel and casino off the Las Vegas strip by CliQue Hospitality. The new bar lounge is set to open its doors on March 15th. The Still is a sports junkie haven and the ultimate man cave. The bar lounge will features 27 TVs, a comfortable 8,000 square foot environment perfect for cheering on your favorite team and a dedication to craft beer, cocktails and mouth-watering food. Complimenting acclaimed chef Brian Massie’s unique spin on upscale bar food, that will be served from an airstream, is an equally unique spin on cocktails. These Still speciality cocktails, mixed with whiskey or rum, and showcasing names such as Fire Water Fashion and Slurricane will leave you floored both figuratively and literally.
1 ½ oz. Botran Reserva Rum
½ oz. Cruzan Aged 151 Rum
½ oz. Pineapple Juice
¾ oz. Passion Fruit Puree
¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz. Monin Hibiscus Syrup
¼ oz. Giffard Orgeat Syrup
Build: Add all ingredients into mixing tin. Add ice and shake vigorously. Now strain over crushed ice.
Glass: Mason Jar
Garnish: 2 Pineapple Leaves, Passion Fruit
FIRE WATER FASHION
4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
2 Dashes Scrappy’s Orange Bitters
2 oz. Cinnamon Spiced Infused JP Wiser’s Deluxe Rye Whisky
Build: Add all ingredients into mixing glass. Add ice and stir for 20 seconds. Now strain over fresh ice into double old fashion glass.
Glass: Double Old Fashion
Garnish: Orange Peel, Cinnamon Stick
6-8 Mint Leaves
2 oz. Bulleit Bourbon Whiskey
¾ oz. Clover Honey Syrup
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Build: Add mint and blackberries into mixing tin. Lightly muddle them to release oils from mint and juice from berries. Now add the rest of the ingredients, add ice and shake vigorously. Now strain over crushed ice into julep cup.
Garnish: Lime Wheel, Blackberry, Mint Sprig
BACK PORCH PALMER
1 ½ oz. Ginger Peach Tea Infused Wild Turkey American HoneyWhiskey
½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Build: Add all ingredients into mixing tin. Add ice and shake vigorously. Now strain into mason jar shot glass.
Glass: Mason Jar Shot Glass
Garnish: Skewered Peach Slices with Candied Ginger
