1 1/2 oz Plantation Pineapple Rum

1 3/4 oz Coco Reàl Cream of Coconut

1 oz lime

3/4 oz Cinnamon Simple

1/2 oz Pineapple juice

3 Dashes of Scrappy’s Firewater Bitters

Combine all ingredients, shake and double strain over ice in a double old fashioned glass and garnish with a dehydrated pineapple and two pineapple fronds.
