Pomegranate Cosmo

If you’re looking for classy cocktails to serve that are easy to make and that taste delicious, the Pomegranate Cosmopolitan is your drink. It’s very similar to a traditional Cosmo expect for three little adjustments. You trade out the cranberry juice for pomegranate juice, swap out lime juice for a squeeze of lemon, and combine a dash of pomegranate liqueur with the triple sec. The result is a beautiful, slightly tart libation that you’ll love!

Pomegranate Cosmopolitan
1.5 ounces Tito’s Vodka
1.5 ounces pomegranate juice
½ ounce PAMA pomegranate liqueur
½ ounce Potter’s triple sec
Squeeze of one lemon wedge
Sugar for the rim
Lemon wheel to garnish

Directions:
Moisten the rim of a martini glass with the lemon wedge. Dip the rim into a shallow layer of sugar to coat it, then gently shake off the excess sugar.

Fill a martini shaker with ice. Pour in the Tito’s vodka, pomegranate juice, PAMA liqueur, Potter’s triple sec, and lemon juice. Shake for a few seconds, then strain into your sugared glass. Garnish with a wheel of lemon.
