Halloween may be over, but pumpkin season has just started. To celebrate this season, we have a cocktail from Trey Azar, Seersucker Founder & Master Distiller. This cocktail is simple for the home bartender to create, this cocktail is sure to wow guests during festive fall gatherings.
2.0 oz. Seersucker Southern Style Gin
0.75 oz. lemon juice
0.5 oz. pumpkin butter
1 egg white
Dash of cinnamon
Fresh thyme to garnish
Combine gin, lemon juice, pumpkin butter and egg white in a shaker (dry shake). Shake, add ice and shake once more. Strain into a coupe glass. Add a dash of cinnamon and sprig of thyme to garnish.
