The Ramos Gin Fizz, a classic cocktail from the 1888 invented by Henry C. Ramos. You may also refer to it as a New Orleans Fizz if you would like, but at the end of the day this classic breakfast cocktail brings some flavors not usually seen within a cocktail.
Tasting notes really come down to the flavor of a citrus heavy yogurt. However, we are not talking about an overly sweet yogurt infused with citrus, but more of a plain white yogurt with striking citrus notes.

- 2 oz. Gin
- 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
- 2 Drops Orange Blossom Water
- 2 Drops Vanilla Extract
- 2 oz. Heavy Cream
- Egg white
- Topped with club soda
