For Negroni Week, Belcampo in Santa Monica will be serving up the very unusual Red Light Negroni. It’s made with equal parts Bols Genever, Campari and sweet vermouth, and is served in light bulbs that have been gutted. The effect, of course, is that you’re drinking out of a red light. This is a cheeky tip of the cap to Amsterdam’s Red Light District since Bols was founded there 440 years ago.

1.0 oz Bols Genever
1.0 oz Campari
1.0 oz Sweet Vermouth

Build cocktail in pint glass over ice. Stir until chilled. Strain into hollowed-out lightbulb. Light bulb can be served on the bed of crushed ice, next to a rocks glass with an orange peel.
