It's getting hot! Step outside and you'll quickly realize that summer is in full swing. While you're poolside or hosting a fun BBQ this weekend why not sip on something other than beer and sangria? This sweet and spicy cocktail will cool you down and heat you up at the same time. Cheers to summer!
EL DIABLO’S FIRE
1.5 oz Hennessy V.S
.75 oz Crème de cassis
.5 oz fresh Lime Juice
½ tsp of Chipotle Powder
Pinch of Salt
Splash ginger beer or ginger ale
Blackberry (for garnish)
Combine all ingredients except the ginger beer in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake until well chilled and pour into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with a ginger beer floater.
Garnish with a blackberry.
