Spiced Pear Bellini

Need a last-minute fall cocktail? This four-ingredient stunner by bartending vet Naren Young will satisfy any pear-loving party guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon pear brandy
  • 1 1/2 ounces pear purée or nectar
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 5 ounces sparkling wine
  • Garnish: pear slice

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients except sparkling wine into a mixing glass with 2 ice cubes and stir until well-chilled.

  2. Strain into a chilled Champagne flute.

  3. Top with the sparkling wine.

  4. Garnish with a pear slice.
