This recipe was created for a competition I was invited in Orlando a few years ago. It combines the tropical flavors of pineapple juice, lime juice and spicy and fresh mix of chili flakes and cilantro.

I finish it off with Tajin seasoning on the rim and voila!

Next time around I’ll try to do pineapple syrup instead of the juice and agave.


2 oz Chinaco Tequila Blanco

0.75 oz Lime Juice

0.50 oz Pineapple Juice

0.25 oz Agave Syrup

Red pepper flakes


How to:

Combine all ingredients with ice in a shaker, shake well and double strain over a big ice cube in a double old fashioned glass. Rim the glass with Tajin Clásico Seasoning.
