Today I am sharing a fun fall inspired recipe that is perfect for your next fiesta! horchata is one of my favorite drinks to serve at a dinner party or just enjoy with Mexican food. There are several places in Seattle that make amazing horchata. Every time I order the horchata I think about how amazing it would be as a cocktail. So, today I am sharing a horchata drink with a twist. The twist is the addition of popsicles in three amazing different flavors including coldbrew coffee, chocolate milk, and banana cinnamon. These popsicles are literally the best-frozen treats that I have ever had and they compliment the horchata perfectly. Recipe: Spiked Horchata with GoodPop


  • 2 cups of pre-made or purchased horchata
  • 3 ounces of spiced rum
  • Assorted GoodPop’s including Coldbrew Coffee, Chocolate Milk, and Banana Cinnamon

Garnish: Sprinkle of cinnamon


  • Mix horchata and rum together
  • Add GoodPop and sprinkle with cinnamon
