Sugared Cranberry Ginger Mimosas, ONLY THREE INGREDIENTS! Easy holiday cocktail recipe perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day!
I have a mimosa addiction. Seriously. The one recipe on this site I would never ever get tired of is my Apple Cider Mimosas. And it involves zero cooking and only two ingredients?? If that’s wrong then I don’t want to be right! I thought I needed a winter version to get me through the holidays (and of course after the holidays), and I thought Sugared Cranberry Ginger Mimosas would be the perfect quick fix. I was SO right!
I think these just scream Christmas. Or New Years Eve. Orrrrr Valentine’s Day. Aren’t they just so festive? After I took the pictures I kicked myself for not adding a little twig of rosemary to each one. CHRISTMAS SPIRIT MIMOSAS! <3
I made these with Ginger Ale, but I also think they’d be delicious with Ginger Beer. BTW…what is the official difference between the two?? I know Ginger Beer isn’t actually alcoholic (like Root Beer)…so what sets them apart. I really should know that. But I’m too busy drinking these Sugared Cranberry Ginger Mimosas to worry all that much.
Cheers, friends! I’m so happy to be entering the new year with you all by my side!
