St. Patty's Day can start off with luck and four leaf clovers and end with a serious hangover. Sometimes after an "epic" evening, nothing nurses the pain like a little hair of the dog. Our choice? A spicy Bloody Mary.

There are a million takes on this classic cocktail floating around but The Bloody Viking is my favorite version. It's spicy and simple. Use premium vodka to ensure this doesn't cause a prolonged hangover. The best part about this cocktail is you can basically tailor it to your liking. So get creative and don't forget to wear your green!
