While it may feel like summer is flying by, the season hasn’t officially started yet. To commemorate this year’s Summer Solstice and the longest day of the year on Thursday, June 21, treat yourself to one of these delicious cocktails by Tequila CAZADORES!
Made with tequila and elderflower liqueur, the Tribal Elder Margarita and 1862 Margarita contain bright and floral flavors reminiscent of the season. For those looking for a light and refreshing drink with a lower ABV, the Grapefruit Tequila and Raspberry Tequila spritzes are mixed with prosecco and rosé respectively, perfect for sipping all summer long.

Tribal Elder Margarita
Crafted by mixologist, Donna Francis, Harvest on River, Tucson, AZ
2 oz. Tequila CAZADORES Blanco
½ oz. St-Germain
⅛ oz. Clarified fresh lemon juice
Hibiscus tea foam
Method: Combine the CAZADORES, St-Germain and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a martini glass, and top with the hibiscus tea foam on top.
2 parts Tequila CAZADORES Blanco
½ parts St-Germain
½ parts Agave nectar
¾ parts Fresh lime juice
Method: Combine all ingredients in to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and serve on the rocks. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Grapefruit Tequila Spritz

1.5 oz Tequila CAZADORES Blanco
½ oz Martini Bianco
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Grapefruit Cordial*
2 oz Martini & Rossi Prosecco
Method: Muddle Hoja Santa in shaker (root beer leaf, can be found at Whole Foods). Shake and strain into wine glass with ice. Top with prosecco and garnish with a long grapefruit peel.
*Grapefruit Cordial: Mix together 1 part fresh grapefruit juice to 2 parts fine cane sugar, 4 grapefruit peels, and a few crushed pink peppercorns. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
Raspberry Tequila Spritz

1.5 oz Tequila CAZADORES Reposado
1 oz Lychee Juice (from canned lychee)
¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 Pinch Kosher Salt
2 oz Martini & Rossi Rosé
Method: Muddle raspberries in the bottom of a wine glass. Add ice cubes. Pour in all remaining ingredients. Top with Rosé and stir gently. Garnish with a lime wheel and raspberry.
