Finlandia

Grapefruit Scroppino

  • ¾ oz FINLANDIA® Grapefruit Vodka
  • KORBEL® California Champagne
  • 3 oz lemon sorbet
  • Lemon peel

Build in flute glass and stir. Garnish with a lemon peel

Hillrock

Old Fashioned

  •        1 sugar cube
  •         2 dashes Angastora bitters
  •          Orange slice
  •           Brandied cherry
  •          2 oz Hillrock Solera Bourbon 

Place sugar cube in an empty rocks glass and dash the bitters directly over sugar cube, add an orange slice and cherry (in this case a brandied cherry) muddle together, pour the bourbon into the glass, add ice, give ingredients a cursory stir and serve.

D’USSE

D’USSÉ® SIDECAR

  • 1½ parts D’USSÉ® VSOP Cognac
  • 1 part triple sec
  • ¾ part freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ part sugar

SERVE: Shake and strain into a sugar-rimmed coupe glass.

GARNISH: Lemon peel

TIP: To create a unique take on the Sidecar, substitute the triple sec with ¾ part of Giffard Framboise to create the D’USSÉ® Framboise Sidecar
