0,5cl Truffle honey

3 to 4 dashes of Walnut bitters

Method: Stir well truffle honey with walnut bitters , add the whiskey and ice an stir again , then strain into a lowball glass with a clear ice cube.

Garnish : 1 spray of Absinthe , and lemon zest oils on top
